8:30am - 11:30am (Mon-Thurs)

ADDED: We are inviting all rising 9th graders (moving from MS to HS) to join this camp. This will be a great way to begin preparing for your move up to high school rowing. 

Our Advanced Middle School program is a one week Summer Camp for our returning Middle School Rowers and those middle School rowers that are trying to hone their skills and gain more experience during the summer months. Rowers will work on sweep, sculling and land training.

Each participant should have athletic clothing, shoes and socks, a soft plastic water bottle, and a non-perishable snack that is packaged in a squirrel-proof bag. (Our squirrels are very creative - and hungry!)
