Report Times:

• 6:45 am - Coxswains / Bow     
• 7:15 am - Girls HS 1x and Boys HS 4x
• 8:00 am - ALL Rowers

This is a out of town regatta rowers are not permitted to drive themselves. All rowers must ride over with a parent or ride-share with another rower family.

Regatta Wear: Arrive in your Hi-Vis Yellow shirts (SORA Logo) and black shorts or pants.

Race Wear: Unisuits and Hi-Vis Yellow hats

HI-Vis Yellow hats are REQUIRED in all races. New hats can be purchased for $20 please see Kelly to purchase

Booking Method:

• Enter Arrival & Departure (2/22/2019, 2/23/2019) 
• Click “CHECK RATES” to complete the booking process
• The room-block is under the name,SORA
• We have 10 2-queen bed rooms + 5 king with pullout sofa @ $190+12% tax per room per night
• Complimentary buffet breakfast
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Complimentary 24-hour fitness center, business center and guest laundry
• Complimentary self-parking
• Complimentary express check-out at 12:00 Noon
• A credit card is required at the time of booking
• Cancellation policy– cancel by 3PM EST 4-day prior to arrival to avoid the penalty which is one-night room charge
• Cutoff date is Friday, February 8th(the last day to make a reservation in your room-block at your special group rate)
