Join us for an exclusive one-week summer rowing camp led by two-time Olympian Ben Davison and SORA Head Coach Terry Davison. This is a rare opportunity for 9th-12th grade rowers from Central Florida to elevate their skills under the guidance of one of the top rowers in the country.

Eligibility: Open to all high school rowers in Central Florida (not limited to SORA athletes)
On-the-Water Training: Intensive morning sessions focusing on technique, power, and race strategy.
High-Performance Athlete Talks: Coach Ben will lead discussions on nutrition, strength training, recovery, and the mindset of an elite rower.
Olympic Insights: Learn firsthand what it takes to compete at the highest level, from junior rowing to the University of Washington and the U.S. National Team.
Small Group Coaching: Personalized feedback and drills to refine technique and build efficiency.
Team Building & Leadership Development: Enhance teamwork, resilience, and confidence on and off the water.
